Garrett reserved a room at the Holiday Inn and Donald and Garrett took the kids down to the pool while Krista and I ran to Walmart. (Everyone knows that even on vacation, no day is complete without the mandatory trip to Walmart!)
Joey fell asleep right after swimming, and I think at one point we were all passed out in the hotel! We finally got it together and walked over to Chili's for dinner. Since we were such a large group, we had to wait about 30 minutes before we could be seated, but the kids had fun dancing on the sidewalk!
We headed home Sunday morning. I was a quick trip, but we all had a great time and can't wait to get together again soon! Maybe Carlsbad Caverns this summer!
