Day 16: Lazy day in Southern Oregon

We drove to Gold Hill and visited a local winery. We took the old highway back to Grants Pass and saw where they are taking out the dam to "help" the fish get up the river.

We had lunch at a new Mexican restaurant - wow! Maybe it was because I hadn't eaten Mexican in a few weeks, but it was amazing! Later we BBQ'd some ribs and salmon and Dad made some apple salsa, pineapple salsa, and tomato salsa - YUM!
