We left Grants Pass at 5am, stopped in Susanville, California for breakfast, and Las Vegas for dinner. We planned on spending the night in Kingman, Arizona, but D wasn't tired so we drove on home! The only time on the entire trip that the kids fussed was the last leg of our trip...around 10:00pm when they really wanted to be in a bed.
We gassed up in Chandler and knew we only had about an hour drive home! Fifty-five miles from home (1:30am) we had a tire blow out on the trailer! Luckily it was on the passenger side, so Donald didn't have to be close to the interstate traffic as he changed it. D was lightening-fast at changing the tire and we were home before 3 am!
